Sitting calm quiet and still
really, isn't a very exciting or exhilerating,thrill


Sitting calmly quiet
is not a rush and loud yelling riot


Sitting quiet and still
its just peaceful, with serenity at will


Just listening
to the winds a blowing, and the birds outside a chirping and sing


Sitting still, calm and quiet
its just a comfort and blessing, as I remember, the rat race, and rush and rush, with loud exhausting, taxing, tierd--riot
