Spheres

You may have never seen one but believe

Me they are there, the strangest little creatures

That ever took to air. There's really nothing to

Them save a shadowy veneer, I speak the truth

Herewith the proof, they travel round in spheres

On foggy nights and misty days they blend in with

The scene, it's why so few have seen them and

So many disbelieve. So please, I do entreat you

To cushion doubt and fear and let the world of

Fantasy get a word in here

There are things to dazzle heart and soul, the

Spirits in the woods, the power that dwells within

A flower, the force that opens buds. Good lord is

That the time now? I'm late again Oh dear, I've got a

Date at half past eight and I've just missed my

Sphere
