and keep your guard up, as with some others they seek, to negatively knock you mock you and correct you and make fun of you if they get the chance and make you weak
Very carefully think just what you say
because others they will sometimes try to make you sink, and cause you stress and distress in every big and little way,
Very carefully, and cautiously
how you, so openly talk relate and speak, simply completely, and totally,FREE
Because with reality
some people will seek to shame degrade you and cause you misery
Be very wise, and think, carefully
how so completely, and openly, unguardingly, you speak care free
