All I Ask For
Stark and deserted thats how you are
but if you smiled an accomplished smile,
then you would be like the Venus De Milo
sculptured in marble, erotic evoking.
The perfect image of Aphrodite...
If only you would give me that glance
then you too could have that magic smile
so perfect and rich like the Mona Lisa.
We would walk together and be admired
by millions...
And yet my darling, do I ask for too much?
These magic enduring names in history
I'm comparing you to them, but why?
You don't need to be a Venus De Milo
for me to long for your beauty...
You don't have to have that Mona Lisa smile
for me to love you with all my heart -
All I long for is that you smile from time to time
so that I know your mine you're mine.
What more can any man ask for?
What more can any woman give...
