Crawling To My Grave
You claimed
You were my friend.
You claimed
You would be there for me.
Through thick and thin,
Good and bad.
Yet when I am in crisis,
And with my life at stake,
Everyone seems to disappear
With excuses and/or their own issues.
To the point where
I feel so alone in this world.
Family and friends,
Who are they, really?
I just want to get drunk,
Just to black out.
And use drugs
Until I overdose.
And slit my wrists,
And let the tub put me into an eternal sleep.
This world have no place
For someone like me.
Someone who's not loved,
Thought of or cared for, or is worthy of love.
All I see is death,
And a void in the universe.
My future shows blackness,
Depression, and death.
As I crawl through muddy grass
To my grave, alone.
