Why March 5, 2018
Seventeen spirits walk the streets in Parkland today
Why oh why can they not be here with us today
Doing things together, why did their journey end
No chance to say goodbye,dying with a friend
The sun did shine as they left home
The dark clouds came, some were left alone
Taken away in their early time of life
The smiles are gone just memories on the wall
Parkland students stand together proud and tall
The guns of terror we will hear no more
Americas faces of resistance,united together for sure
