THIS IS A FACT

Often when we talk to someone
This is sometimes what we find
That they listen and answer
But it doesn`t stay in their mind.

When we happen to do something
No matter what it may be,
The memory of this is short lived
Of this fact I`m sure you`ll agree.

So they`ll forget what you say and do
This much you know to be true,
They won`t forget how you made them feel
And this really is a big deal.

Let us hope that your reputation
precedes you in making people feel good.
