When love rules OK

Take nothing for granted each day's a new start

Begin with a clean slate, a song in your heart

Hold one and other as tight as you can

In a world without love there's no fire to fan

Take nothing for granted each day is a gift

Like flowers with a card or an impromptu kiss

A red rose for nothing, no reason be known

A kiss and a cuddle for just coming home

Take nothing for granted each day is a treat

A treasure from heaven perchance two lips meet

A dressing room peck, a gown slips away

No words need be spoken when love rules OK

Or put another way:

Last night my heart craved for sensational love

The kind that you get when you can't get enough

The kind that survives where fickle does not

The kind that withstands the hardest of knocks

Last night I was high on sensational love

Drunk on the thought that she cared quite so much

I over imbibed but my glass never drained

I quaffed and I guzzled, I sipped and wassailed

Last night I found peace in sensational love

Where heaven meets earth and the two almost touch

Where the bed of creation hides a rose coloured spot

Where the woman you love gave you all that she's got
