Sometimes WE just don't have too much get UP and GO
as right now, I'm contemplating, rather to get UP and GO, and
GO, walk, or just CHILL, today and take it SLOW


So I'm not really a sure, if I'll  stay or GO
but I'm just contemplating, this minute and thinking about everything SO


Sometimes when we AWAKE
we feel, tierd and exhausted already even before one single STEP, we TAKE


And it's not a good FEELING
as getting UP, and Whistling with
ZING, and SWING


So we all face
Our every Challenges and Troubles Strifes and Worries, where ever we are where ever we GO
in every way and PLACE


Sometimes we get UP and OUT
and in a HEART-BEAT, we feel--MOTIVATED
with singing Cadence  Song, and SHOUT


Early early early--MORNINGS
in my life living and LOVE
MOTIVATED, Running, and exercising CADENCES
to, my MARINES, I Loved to SING


So with that in my HEART and MIND
as my FOUNDATION
im not gonna be runnin, but at least
a little Walk now
this little pep talk with
myself will
BRING


So here I GO, anyway
to get in the Move and Groove
and
 walk and PRAY
and
With HOPE
FAITHFULLY
M-O-T-I-V-A-T-E-D
STAY
