is when I do my BEST to help and support,--all--OTHERS-- and their
taking  me for grantedness, makes me feel --sad--and--used--with--Regrets


Things that KEEP ME  GOING--STRONG
is PRAYING
to GOD

Things that I know is RIGHT
is to be COURAGEOUS
 STRONG
COMPASSIONATE
 GENEROUS and GIVING
and am doIn my best

As I'm helping all way too much and Enabling them
