Dream the dream

At the stroke of love all time stands

Still, can’t breath, can’t speak, she

Pulls me in. Short dress, warm thighs

Blonde hair, bright eyes, the signs say

Heaven’s mine tonight.

Can’t help myself, there’s no escape,

And if there were I’d hesitate, don’t

Want to run when love’s afoot, I’ll

Take my chances, trust to luck.

Tread light the night love’s nectar

Sip, bring forth the dawn, but not

Too quick. Soft flesh to savour, lips

To yield, risk the tempest, dream the

Dream.

Dream the dream? oh lust my friend

I’m trapped forever, can’t pretend,

Trembling fingers, rush to touch, to

Take, to kiss, to love, to cup.

Can’t help myself, there’s no excuse,

I’m bang in love and that’s the truth,

She’s lit the fire, my back is scored,

Bring in the spit an’ pour the sauce.
