How Long Does A Crime Last

How Long Does a Crime Last                 April 29, 2018

How long does a crime last
Does a crime dissapear forgetting the past
Invading a country, taking the land
Banning the culture in green Ireland
Armour cars with tanks and guns
H Block cells where they killed our sons
Can I invade a country killing their people
Can I kill on the streets eliminating their people
Building walls, dividing our land
English laws written in sand
Thirty two counties under the sun
Twenty six plus six equals one
Young Irish men and women died
Broken homes as mothers cried
How long does a crime last
Does a crime dissapear forgetting the past
