 POETICAL ME

A sweet Goodbye

In a vase where flowers filled
Array of colors as GOD did will
To bring someone a smile to hold
If just a glimpse of love behold

In passing, loss fills a room
Empty swept by passing broom
Of them invisible where they once stood
Of love loaned as God's will would

Their hand held brief for a lifetime
Warm was their kiss, you called all mine
Has now left lips as breath was stolen
In heart breathed deep in heart yours swollen

A loss unlike you've ever felt
Your cries unheard yet still you knelt
With hope that kept them still alive
Inside of you, life still abides

But greater power came to be
To grant you peace to grant one leave
To plain where ends become beginning's
Of better days and nonstop grinning's

Become a sweet goodbye
