Poetic-Verses

'' They Will Not Hang Around ''

An insecurity,
Is a form of impurity?
Where mistrust and paranoia apply,
Like immaturity,
It can lead to obscurity,
It can make others love for you die.

Constantly accusing?
It's a form of abusing,
Yet it makes you feel quite aloof,
For your victim, confusing,
Yet also quite bruising,
As you say things without any proof.

Listening to tales?
Will take you off the rails,
To whom they concern you don't ask,
It's like walking on nails,
Where madness prevails,
It's you who'll be taken to task.

Why the disgust,
Ask why you've lost trust,
As no-one but you, knows the answer,
Have they been unjust?
Has it been discussed?
Falsehoods are as dangerous as cancer.

Have you voiced concern,
Is it their love you yearn?
Have you allowed them to have any say?
Respect you must earn,
So, what must you learn?
Think hard or you'll push them away.

Being constantly blamed,
Made feel ashamed,
For something that is totally flawed,
It will be proclaimed,
They are being framed,
It's you who'll become overawed.

Though they love you,
What you say and do,
Believe me can be very profound,
You must think it through,
If none of it's true,
They'll leave you,
