Solemn Prayers

Undeniable, the impact of grief gnaws the soul.
The weight of death is heavy on the heart, unconsoled
Scars of Sleepless midnight starts
mournful sighs drift in breathtaking cold that stains
Of baneful doleful stare menacingly glares of pain
when loss  rips  and tears
Down the spiral stairs, unwelcome loss is born
 in mournful tears
Greater than passions, or hell-bent fears
Becomes the unwanted companion
Throughout the years
Death of, " ones  child ," has
becomes the darkness
Of deep despair
Asking for Help
To the one
Who truly
Cares
in Solemn
Prayers
