Shine
It was once said that "still waters run deep"
There is a reflection that mirrors the soul.
Blood, sweat, and tears that grow with fleeting years.
Youth becomes a shadow that calls, an image that rises and slowly falls.
Do we see the image that leads us to our goal,
Or do have a glimpse of the human soul?
Looking upon the waters image of life defines
No full-blown beating heart can connect life's steady line.
The deepest waters cast a sheen, and washes the spirit clean.
When we can look to see the Hands of The Holly divine,
The still water's depth will not see the flow decline.
Perhaps at that moment, the soul of man will surely shine
