Lets Love For Just One Day
Lets love like their is no tomorrow
lets be lovers for just a day, lets
smell the roses on the vine, and
pray we may be a sparkling star
in the heavens someday.
Lets kiss away the loneliness, and
and throw away the tears that fell
lets hide away the past of sadness,
watching the sun set in glee.
Lets hope tomorrow will come, for
all we have is today, to love, with love
lets swim in joy, this day, and light
a candle with brightness of heart.
Lets take a chance on love, it may
be the best we have ever done, lets
fly to the moon and back, watching
our dreams become reality.
Lets be lovers for one day, it may
be the best day of the rest of our
life, just you and I in love for just
one short day, to be in love like
it should of been many years
ago.
