Release
Do you hear the voice of reason as it echoes through empty Halls?
Did you see the light of love dancing on the walls?
Many questions many hours raise then quickly falls
Deep into the night the sound of sadness calls
There was a time when dreams lifted away from the pain
Now agony has left a stain
Days and night spins on a course, reality reveals it's source
A broken heart is so hard to heal when loneliness is all it feels
The time of wine and roses pass all that remains
Are the shattered pieces of a heart of glass
So lay your dreams to peace letting your sorrows cease
Deep pain of loss will soon release
