Radiant with light, growing deeper with
each glance, a smile, tear, a child's
tender touch, a echo across the way
a certain glow that flows through, like
sunlight shining through the willow..
Songs a drift, flowing, sailing, wanting
desires of happiness, unaware we have
the best, when we are our best, dancing
among the clouds of promise, swinging
high along the sparkling stars, touching
the face of God..
Though we may never know world peace
we may carry it ourselves, in action, word
and deed, touched by an angel, we fly
high among the world, still beautiful
filled with terror, and greed, touching
heart, where peace lives all alone, so
perfect in ever way among est the
turmoil and cinders of reality..
Touched by thoughts of kind intent
time pours out ill-intent where light
became darkness, now we pray, peace
shall prevail, a place we could once again
call paradise, a world filled with wisdom
and understanding, a world not made of
promises, nor dreams, a world made
harmonious, filled with love, compassion
and tranquility.
