“You must depart from sin”
The preacher said, “to be free”.
‘And how do I depart from sin?'
“By not looking and lusting
Or touching or
Intending or practicing
All evils.
When you do this, you will be free.”
‘What are evils and intensions?'
Slogit.
“If you can believe,
All will be well”, the preacher said.
‘How do I believe?'
Read your Bible and
Think on all it says,
Practice it and try to
Construct a glorious future
Mentally. Bind and cast off
The devil of doubt.”
‘What do you call a Bible?'
Slogitwit.
“Thank God to get holy and healthy
And never complain; keep showing
Gratitude as you use God's
Provisions daily,
With a resolve never to commit sin”.
‘Both lips and body of mine, ache'.
“You can use your mind even in
Extreme pains and tiredness
By simply thinking.”
‘What is termed mind?'
