'' Rich Versus Poor ''
In our hate filled existence,
We have these obsessions,
To desire what we really don't need,
It's with dogged persistence,
We chase others possessions,
Human desires are driven by greed.
To reach where we want,
We will kill and maim,
In reality we don't feel regret,
Our victims we taunt,
All life is fair game,
We are this world's biggest threat.
World leaders are corrupt,
It's from them we learn,
That dishonesty is our way of life,
Don't dare interrupt,
It causes concern,
Politicians do not suffer strife.
Take the terrorist scum,
It's in their accord,
Their leaders never suffer affray,
Ask who is dumb,
While you die by the sword,
They're still collecting their pay.
With our finite resources,
Running out fast,
Those without will be seen as a curse,
Fended off by the forces,
Then constantly harassed,
We know things will only get worse.
Social injustice will rise,
We'll be under attack,
Our battle will be just to survive,
With life as the prize,
We'll be forced to fight back,
For victory each side will strive.
When we're driven to war,
Let there be no doubt,
Basic items we will fight to procure,
Each other we'll abhor,
Human decency we'll flout,
The final battle will be,
