THE GLADSOMENESS OF ANSWERS

Lord, give us the right answers,
That earth be no more doubters,
Or be filled with disasters,
Rather than peace and laughter.

Lord, give us trusted answers;
Let doubters stop their laughter.
We want but without number,
The choicest of such answers.

In hills do store Your answers,
Let the leaves drop down laughter,
That our days be forever,
Springs and mornings of laughter.

Empty on us great answers;
The most unique of answers,
That deceivers and doubters,
May lie no more and flatter.

Let the trees bear but answers;
Let the trees give but clusters,
Of fruits of genuine answers;
Give us desired answers.

Not burying head in matter,
Nor bending heads forever,
Nor spending nights and hours,
Seeking for simple answers.

Let this life grow but brighter,
And fill the earth with laughter;
Grow to summits of power,
Healing earth with God answers.
