But as we all very Well

How stress
Affects us all

Takes the Wind out of us
Where we

That stress comes great and --=========small
For us everyDAY, and NIGHT
In every way shape and form

The Solution
To beat and defeat --=========STRESS
Is a challenge and a feat
To be accomplished
