September day to remember
Least we forget
and not have a reget.
For those that paid the price,
Of death falling like rice.
People so loudly crying,
for all those dying.
Just to take a moment to remember,
That sad, sad day of 11th of September.
People crying for help,
not knowing their next step.
Out of the window do they jump,
feeling inside that lump.
That lump of fear,
never knowing it would ever be near.
We recall the cost,
That was paid by the lost.
Heroes that they were that day,
trying to help others along the way.
So let us all remember,
That day in 2001, the 11th of September.
May God bless the world.
