Poetic-Verses

'' Do Not Love Thy Neighbour ''

Loving thy neighbour,
Can be difficult to do,
I will have say no to this rule,
It's like doing hard labour,
You can't see it through,
As anger is what some of them fuel.

Too much noise,
From your girls and boys,
Though we live in a large family house,
Pets and toys,
Their peace it destroys,
They expect you to be quiet as a mouse.

Cutting the grass,
Is a pain the ass,
They expect you to make an appointment,
On Sunday it's mass,
Cutting will harass,
While they're away for anointment.

No D.I.Y.,
Unless you apply,
You must obtain their permission,
That they'll deny,
So, don't dare defy,
Or they'll complain you're breaking tradition.

Home improvements are out,
So be in no doubt,
When asked they will raise an objection,
The lies they spout,
Common decency they flout,
It's from them that we need protection.

No barbecues,
Your music, don't use,
Loving others is such hard labour,
I defiantly refuse,
To love those who abuse,
My commandment?
