A STAR
Twinkle, twinkle little star
I can see you from afar,
Up above the world so high
Shining bright in a darkened sky.
Is your light from a distant past?
Reaching us on earth at last,
Did you die way out in space?
This most likely is the case.
I`m looking now into the past
As on earth your light you cast,
You are dead but still you shine
A heavenly body so divine.
So twinkle, twinkle little star
Now I know just how you are,
Though sadly you may be gone
Your wonderful light still lives on.
