When we FEEL
As we are going AGAINST
The NATURAL
FLOW of things
And--AGAINST-the
GRAIN
As we are setting a strick
RESTRICTING
Mission, Quest, and--GOAL
Plan, to--very--CHALLENGING
And--DEMANDINGLY
Succeed--and
TRIUMPHLANTLY
A-T-T-A-I-N
For ME
To lose, even
Half of a--POUND--in
One-24////Hour--DAY
It's a --Sacrifice--and
Challenge in every
WAY
As my family will ALways SAY
Oh DAD, just eat this EAT, and EAT, that and just a--Little--BITE--
EveryDAY
So I know the NATURAL--order-of-things-for-MOST
People
And
Easy
FLOW
For most folks to
Just EAT a Little at a
TIME, ---MEAL-- by-- MEAL
Its--Okay, Fine and
GOOD--to
GO
But I know for me
If I'm not very Strict
I will not, win the race of Losing
This extra weight
Thats as Heavy as a--FIFTY
Pound--BRICK
So I know I gotta
Sacrifice all
And go against the
NATURAL
Order of doing things
And--Accomplish this
MISSION-QUEST-and-GOAL
To get this fifty pound --Heavy-Excess-Weight
--of-a---HEAVY--BRICK
Off of me
Once and for All
All at ONCE
And Finally
QUICK
I Wish I didnt--HAVE
To be--SO--EXTREME
But that's just what it IS
I--Am BLESSED-at-BEST
SURVIVORINGLY
With
The
GRIZZLEY---GENE
And I can Lose--WEIGHT
Pretty QUICK
When my Heart and MIND
Gets
Rock-solid--GRIZZLEY
SET
Then again if im like every body else
And just EAT a llittle Bit
The Scales as Now FIFTY--Pounds-Heavy will
TIP,--so--it's--0126--and
The mission ahead
Is in
My
HEART and MIND
And I am
Ready to ACHIEVE
And lose--this
FIFTY-POUND-BRICK
And--WINl--this--RACE
