You saw me burst in tears when my dog died of a heart ailment;
Depression, hunger, dehydration and severe loneliness won over him,
Despite the fact that I sent money to my brother twice a month.
I told you how I disguised as the opposite sex in order to blog,
Until Pam fell in love with me at the course of our conversation;
You sympathized with her yet you never said any bad words to me,
You did comprehend, you did decipher because you really care.
I also revealed to you what I went through when I was a child at age 7,
I was physically and verbally assaulted and emotionally abused;
You could not believe the family secrets I divulged several weeks ago,
I wept, lost enthusiasm, having low esteem yet you never gave up.
How can I ever thank you enough for being patient and understanding?
How can I really say thank you for all the genuine concern you showered?
I am truly grateful for the concern you have demonstrated for all these years,
I am forever indebted as I bow down to you, my beloved doctor...
