FAMILY
Of
FIVE-------------, was out on the cool
River banks, early morning
C---H---I---L---L---I---N---G---- on
The
Other
SIDE
These
WONDERFUL
Gentle, and Loving
GOLDEN--Brown
[[--DEER--]]---I have come to
L--O--V--E--------------------------and
A---P---P---R---E---C---I---A---T---E
Their-[[--DEER--]]
Natural
BEAUTY
As they are
MINNESOTAS
Dear---WILD-NATURES
P----R----I----D----E
As I was
Walking on my--PATH
Along the river
I saw on the--other
SIDE
A--[[--DEER--]]--FAMILY
Of---fantastic---FIVE
Through the trees, but they didn't see--ME
So, I
Made
A
[[--DEER--]]-call, and--NOISE
Then
S--T--O--P--P--E--D
And stooped lowly
And hidingly
On the bushes and thick
Forrest--UNDERBRUSH
To
From them-all--[[--DEER--]]--FIVE
H--I--D--E
Three--[[--DEER--]]--stood
Rock SOLID--Cautious
And----STILL
But a [[--DEER--]]-DOW
And a -----BABY-FAWN
Swam ---------------------A--C--R--O--S--S
The--shallow---River
At--FREE
C-U-R-I-O-U-S
[[--DEER--]]----------WILL
When the
[[--DEER--]]--of--TWO
Came up and out of the
RIVER----------WATER
And looking -------------
A-R-O-U-N-D
So--------------CURIOUS
To
My--River-----SIDE
They were just
S--H--O--C--K--E--D--and--AWE
That I WAS
[[--DEER--]]--sound--NOT
And
Took--------------OFF
With
[[--DEER--]]------FLIGHT-LEAP-and>>>>GLIDE
With----------[[--D-E-E-R--]]
Terrified---------------------FREIGHT
And--runnin-----STRIDE
Back over across
The river on the
Other--side
W-I-D-E
The other [[--DEER--]]
On the other--SIDE
Stood-[[--DEER--]-STILL
Silent BOLD
SAFE------and
>>>>>>>>>>>MOTIONLESS<><><><><><><><><
And I could see them
Just--SHAKING--their-[[--DEER--]]-HEAD-and
Antlers, and -----------L--O--O--K--I--N--G
At each other
And
[[--DEER--]]----------------------THINKING
That
I--HOPE-The--[[--DEER--]]-of-CURIOUS
TWO
Learned, their
[[--DEER--]]-Lesson
BEST--and it's better to be ><><><><> SAFE<><><><>aaTHAN
[[--DEER--]]-><><><><><><><
And sit still--___C-------H--------I--------L--------L
And
[[--DEER--]]--------REST
FOR-------- to --------NOT
V--E--N--T--U--R--E
OFF--so--[[--DEER--]]--Excited--and-carelessly
DANGEROUSLY-----------------[[--DEER--]]--FAST
Across--the--Wide--RIVER
All--[[--DEER--]]------------ALONE
Because you--JUST--NEVER
[[--D--E--E--R--]]
KNOW, what's on the--Other--SIDE
SAFE
Or
DANGER
