Lasting Peace
It was a time when the recall walked through summer days of gold.
Children played on Kelly green hills of summers light.
The soft crescent moon envokes the royal hearts of midnight whispers.
The night sings to the rumble of tear-stained showers of stardust enchanting shimmer.
The purity of dusk to dawn invite's loves glimmer
What lays in the fleeting moments, fulfills the soul's hunger
The origin of gentle release when sorrow's of wars have ceased.
Now comes the days of lasting peace.
