REGRET
Whenever----ANY
NEGATIVENESS
We to others
Speak and
ADDRESS
It will, SERVE us No-POSITIVE
Purpose, of--any--GOOD
For it will, be
Something that, sometimes
We need to Speak
To another, to get OFF, of our
HEART, MIND, and CHEST
But
The
DOWN--FALL
It will, cause
Us--Much-MORE
HURT
And
Stressful
UNREST
So--when we give
********COMPASSIONATE********
********MERCY-GRACE-********and
********U-N-D-E-R-S-T-A-N-D-I-N-G********
When Even from
Every--SOUR--NOTE
