Words of Hopelessness
I tried to fight
Tried making it right
In search for that light
And make everything's bright
But the feeling seems not right
Is this a losing fight?
Taken for granted
That's how I was treated
I wish I know from the start what they wanted
So I was able to avoid being mistreated
By those talented in making people taunted
Now my trust is tainted.
Promise is just a word
But can slash a heart like a sword
Feel pain as if it's the end of the world
And cry by the hateful words that heard
That makes the eyesight became blurred
Wish those bad memories can be buried.
Hopeless this is what I heard
From the people who were hurt
And heart being burst
Now it turned into pieces
By holding unto broken promises
While trying to forget the memories.
