The Mind of Poetry
You Are Dangerous
I can't get you out of my head,
Knowing that you exist.
You still captivate me,
By your senses that I have missed.
I constrain my legs from running,
And force my eyes to stop staring.
I can't do it... NO! I can't!
I'm stuck declaring.
I squint as I reach out,
Knowing I will blister.
I fear that it will end,
"Don't go," I whisper.
You stay to hypnotize,
With all the burning harm.
You're so dangerous,
By your methodical charm.
