Assuming that you have heard,
Stewardship of the good grace;
Given to us through the Word,
That through His love to embrace.
The mystery was made known,
As written by revealing;
Through the knowledge that has grown,
What the Gospel is dealing.
When you read, you can perceive,
Insight of the mystery;
And in Christ you can believe,
What is now as history.
It was not made known to men,
Of what has now been revealed;
To the prophets of back then,
By the Spirit as unsealed.
The mystery that Pagans,
Gentiles are fellow heirs;
To someone that awakens,
And is confessing their errs.
We are members of the same,
Partakers of the promise;
In Jesus Christ we proclaim,
Not as a doubtful Thomas.
This Gospel a gift of grace,
Proclaimed according to God;
That we should always embrace,
Giving Him honor and laud.
It has given me a new,
The working of His power;
And enabled to construe,
Throughout every hour.
Though I am the very least,
Of saints this grace was given;
I am prepared for the feast,
That day when I reach Heaven.
To preach the riches of Christ,
Enlighten everyone;
And that they become enticed;
By Spirit, Father and Son.
For the eternal purpose,
To know Christ Jesus is Lord;
Heaven is our hospice,
If He is never ignored.
