Justice

What is evil and what is good?
Which stout oak and which rotten wood?
Who wears a black hat and who wears white?
Who will stand up for justice and right?

Darkness shines like brightest day
And leaders talk but have nothing to say.
A time when confusion reins supreme,
And nightmares rule o'er broken dreams.

Those of noble intent wander astray
And the poorest of people are forced to pay.
Truth is buried under heaps of refuse
For the Lord of Lies is unshackled and loose.

Insanity grows by leaps and bounds
And pure, sweet reason cannot be found.
Surely the end of time itself draws near
When all that blurs at last becomes clear.
