I remind you of these things,
Charging you never to fight;
Of arguing with words brings,
Causes darkness to the light.
This is ruining hearers,
That is making them confused;
Causing the smoke and mirrors,
For to be falsely accused.
Show yourself as diligent,
Approved in the eyes of God;
Sacredly intelligent,
Giving Him honor and laud.
For you need not be ashamed,
As you are teaching the truth;
Of what the Lord has proclaimed,
Being passed onto the youth.
Shun profane and vain gibberish,
It creates more godlessness;
Their minds you have to nourish,
With heavenly blessedness.
Bad words spreads like a cancer,
Or will spread like a gangrene;
Slice it up with a lancer,
To purify and made clean.
Deviate not from the truth,
For already it took place;
Let not your faith be uncouth,
Rather one that you embrace.
God, the solid foundation,
That will be remaining fast;
Through the gift of salvation,
Unto you to ever last.
The Lord does know all who are,
Each everyone by name;
Turns away those with a scar,
That will refuse to proclaim.
Vessels of silver and gold,
As well as in wood and clay;
In the great house we are told,
We partake if we obey.
Instruct your foes in meekness,
Then they may recuperate;
Turn away from the bleakness,
Living to regenerate.
