Surrounding and
Around
US
Will always
push hard
against
US
And
ENDURES
The PRESSURE
Of others
Expectations
Wishes
Desires
Wants
and
not
Wants
Will make
US
FEEL
Like we are in a
PRESSURE
COOKER
And our strength
and Composure
Without Blowing
Our
TOP
And letting
OFF steam
and let
Loose, and
say
what we
Feel
But our
Composure
Calm
Silent
Sweet
Demeanor
We PRAY to GOD
what we want to
SAY
But with
Calm
and
Peace
We
Silently
Pray
And
ENDURE for
When
PRESSURES
From
Others
On the
OUTSIDE
Affect
Our PEACE
WELLNESS
And
SERENITY
on the
INSIDE
If we say
Completely.
Just.
what we
FEEL
With others

COLLIDE
So
PRESSURES
will-
Always
Occur
Take Place
And
Naturally
H-A-P-P-E-N
Some days
more and MORE and more
Than
A little
SOME
When
INSIDE
We FEEL
The
O--V--E--R--W--H--E--L--M--I--N--G
PRESSURES
And are
CLOSE
and NEAR to
ANGRY UPSET
And coming
L--O--O--S--E
And----
E---R---U---P---T---I---N---G
And so
very close
to saying
just in
FACT
And
EXACT
Just
What we
FEEL
And so
close to
BURST
Then we
know the
Answer
To defuse and
Relieve--all
Inward
Internal
INSIDE
P--R--E--S--S--U--R--E--S
And that is to
Silently with
