Peace Cometh

Reaching toward the velvet heavens,
the treasures of God 's creations unfolded
before my eyes, a peaceful feeling went
through me like if an angel spoke my
name softly.

I lay on a blanket of green cool moss
my friends next to me, not afraid, they
know I love them like myself.

They speak to me with there eyes,
they walk along the thin path
of crushed wild flowers, they drink
from the fresh clear streams.

No freedom like the wilderness,
the beauty hidden deep, the wild life
runs across my path gracefully, feeding
as they go along there way.

Paradise on earth, no such thing
as unhappiness here, mother nature
sees to that, a constant breeze kisses
my cheek, has the darkness brings
forth the cool glow of the moon.

I close my eyes, and drift off into
a land of never ending beauty
the air is fresh, the mist slowly
creeps across the valley like a silver
cloak..

(Lock the peace within, radiating light)
