I thank the Lord who has given,
Me the strength from in Heaven;
Because Jesus Christ is my Lord,
To whom I have loved and adored.
Being faithful that He has judged,
As being humble not begrudged;
Has appointed me to serve Him,
Because my outlook is not grim.
Before I was a blasphemer,
But Jesus is my redeemer;
Through Him I have mercy and grace,
Who has loved me as to embrace.
He has given me a relief,
Because I was in disbelief;
But He has gone and shown the way,
Continue not to go astray.
The grace of the Lord overflowed,
I never can repay what I owed;
For me with the faith and the love,
That has been flowing from above.
His Word having full acceptance,
For I abide in compliance;
As trustworthy and deserving,
I keep patience and unnerving.
Christ Jesus came to save sinners,
With salvation to be winners;
Of whom I am as the foremost,
Has been cleansed by the Holy Ghost.
I have mercy for this reason,
Since the Father gave us His Son;
So, I display perfect patience,
And was given a clear conscience.
Because who in Him that believe,
An eternal life they will receive;
The true God in glory and honor,
That I remain as a fawner.
I hold my faith in good conscience,
For my humbleness and patience;
Rejecting Satan and his deeds,
And catering to what God needs.
