Let us love each other, Because love is from God; Loving one another, Gives Him honor and laud.
Everyone who loves, Has been fathered by Him; Like a peace from the doves, Keeps you from being grim.
Whoever does not love, Has never known the Lord; For love reveals thereof, When not in one accord.
The love of God reveals, Sending His only Son; Your scars from sin He heals, When confession is done.
Not that we have loved God, But showed He has loved us; His Son atoned where flawed, Was sacrificed as thus.
No one has ever seen, The Father anytime; Presently or has been, During war or peacetime.
If we love God resides, His love is perfected; Because of one abides, And has not rejected.
In God if we reside, His Spirit is within; Because of love inside, He purifies from sin.
Confess Jesus as Son, Profess Him being Lord; The Father will not shun, Never to be ignored.
There is no fear in love, Perfect love drives out fear; He loved us first thereof,
His Word is loud and clear. Vote for this poem
