If you are
FEELING
Down and OUT
And very
LOW, with
SAD
Depressing
FROWN
Take a WALK
Out in the
FORREST, and it will
Not be Long
BEFORE
Your sad low depressing
FROWN
Will TURN
Bright with Delight
SMILING
A

O
U
N
D
Sometimes
The
QUIET
Stillness
And
Complete
SILENCE
Is just so pristine
Special and
Wonderfully
SERENE
But then
Out of no where
You just may hear
An
ANNOYING
CROW
SQUAWKING
And
Noisily
SQUAWKING
With
Crowing
SCREAM
But the
BEAUTIFUL
Whistling
And
Song Bird
SINGING
SOLO
From one
Lone little Song BIRD
Is so joyously
BEAUTIFUL and
So HEAVENLY
Wonderfully
SO
The
FORREST
Is
GODS COUNTRY
And such of
A MYSTICAL
And
MAGICAL
Special
GODBLESSED
PLACE
For each and for
Every Living
Thing
Plant and
Creature
Has a Delicate
BALANCE
And a Defining
Circle of
Life, Living and LOVING
