From coming up with phat one liners
to entering the hospital a flat liner
D.O.A from stray slugs from fake thugs
couldn't see me coming on the block
rolling 4-5-6
nothing touching not even the triple 6
roll with my divine gift
angels carry my soul,
my spirit weights a ton
from holding heavy loads
the burden bearer,
from families to friends
I've meet truer folks in the pen
my shine so bright
no shadow can infiltrate my light...
with my holy shield and armor
not even king author and sir lancealot
can warp my route
to the divine spot
living amongst lords and kings,
breaking bread like rich folks
eating breakfast in bed...
but back to reality,
a hooptie came flying bye blasting at me,
everyone else ducked,
but my holy shield and armor are always equipped
couldn't conceive the flesh getting hit with
2slugs through the torso,
as I gasp for my last couple of earthly breadths...
I hear tears and screams
and in the distance there's
a faint sound of a siren
on a concrete block my heart stopped
but it wasn't the end
my divine gift
came true
with spiritual upliftment
for my soul's eternal flight
now I truly walk by faith
not by sight...
