When so many
Things are Racing around and around in
your HEART and MIND


Its BECAUSE
all things are
NOT
just so PERFECTLY
Absolutely
just
FINE


When so many Things
are Racing Around and
AROUND


Peace
Rest
Wellness
and
SERENITY
with
Complete
RESTFULNESS
its hard
to
Be
FOUND


So instead of RESTING


A Person fights to stop tossing and turning
and to FOCUS on PRAYING
and cease STRESSING


So many times
an hour two or
THREE


At a time will
I get straight
Sleep peace
and REST
COMPLETELY


So
we
do our
very
BEST
of our
BEST


When many things
stay on our 
HEART and MIND
putting us in a tired
Exhausting BIND
we stay PRAYERFUL
we stay FAITHFUL
we stay HOPEFUL
when all things with
our every CHID
and now full Grown at
39-38-35-33-30-28-26
AGES
as
a
FATHER
i
PRAY
and i
PRAY
and i
PRAY
for them one and
ALL
that they stand together
ONE
FOR
ALL
and
ALL
FOR
ONE
And I do my Best
to
stay Motivated
Faithful
and
Hopeful
and
Hold ONTO
my
GODBLESSED
PEACE
and
REST
