'' The Truth Will Eventually Come Out ''

On the subject of blame,
You should feel shame,
When you declare, it's the fault of others,
When you proclaim,
Not in my name,
The facts are what this statement smothers.

Ask yourself why,
The truth you deny,
When it's easier just to come clean,
If with truth you comply,
Look yourself in the eye,
Suddenly you don't seem so mean.

Continue the bull,
You'll lose your cool,
When even more you have to accrue,
Pulling the wool,
Has no pull,
When those others start blaming you.

It's a rocky road,
A heavy load,
Your memory will start playing tricks,
Your mind you'll erode,
By ignoring life's code,
It's then you'll find that mud sticks.

If your guilty as sin,
You'll never win,
What your doing is setting a snare,
Why play with spin,
When you know within,
The tale you're spinning isn't fair.

It wasn't me,
Won't set you free,
For the facts were never in doubt,
What you'll see,
This I'll guarantee,
