Proper Evac 9/1/02
Trapped amongst dark clouds
on sky blue days
penetrating spinal cords
with dull knives
breaking out in hives
from betrayal of adultered wives
pain and sufferring resides
deep inside your eyes
stuck in contempt
for sins you neglected to repent
from eternal flames you thought you were exempt,
but we are not excused
just because we all have issues;
rest in refuge
with the women that you battered and bruised
don't refuse
the unspoken truth,
hidden structures revealed;
if you only open the good book
and look,
but you are blocked by trechery
concocted
by crooked flocks
of corrupt cops;
repressed anger
easily turns to danger;
makes the humble flip
into a crazy headbanger,
but
I refuse to remain trapped;
I will find my Proper Evac!
