A Mother's Love
Proverbs 31:26 KJV
"She openeth her mouth with wisdom, and in her tongue (is) the Law of kindness."
A gift from the Highest has not passed me by.
As a Mother, I have known no greater love than the love I have for my children.
From my Father Above who has enriched my love.
They reach to my heart each day, in the warmth they send my way.
Within the womb grew their body, within my arm I have soothed their troubled hearts.
Within their walk, I've seen their living soul embrace a kindly start.
There is a piece of paradise in the wisdom that the Men and Women of life's all-seeing eyes.
To the hope that I've tried to instill, I have grown with their piety and the strength of Gods will.
When my earthly walk has come to an end, my love will remain,
A peaceful heart of a Mother's love will still reign.
The tears of rain will wash away grief's solemn pain.
As now and always my love for my children will sustain.
