DownSPIARLING
hurtful
CRUNCH
and its
hurtFUL
a WHOLE lot

BUNCH
When things HIT
us hardOFFguard
We won't FORGET
it very Soon
and will REMEMBER
the
Hurts and
SCAR
So find a POSITIVE
thing to
DO
When another
Hits you and knocks you DOWN
and it takes strength Patience
and GRIT
to silently handle it
and stay calm and FIT
and to thineOWNself
TRUE
For the Most
IMPORTANT
thing is
to
stay
FOCUSED
and
POSITIVE
PRAY it through
with
GOD
and do as JESUS Would
DO
and
Courageous
FORGIVENESS
