His divine power,
Granted all things;
To live each hour,
The goodness it brings.
Through knowledge of Him,
Called to His glory;
With vigor and vim,
If we are sorry.
Sorry for the sin,
Committing each day;
Corrupting within,
When we disobey.
For He has granted,
His great promises;
And be enchanted,
By His solaces.
We are partakers,
Of divine nature;
Being peace makers
As a new creature.
For having escaped,
From the corruption;
We have been reshaped,
From a disruption.
Disruption of sin,
From a desire;
That lingers within,
To light a fire.
So, make an effort,
For faith and virtue;
Giving you comfort,
Of godly value.
You must acknowledge,
Having self-control;
With steadfast knowledge,
For a righteous soul.
For whoever lacks,
Then must have gone blind;
And must watch their backs,
That sin will not bind.
This way there is wealth,
To enter His place;
For spiritual health,
Coming from His grace.
