Mislaid and regret Idling my life away roaming and such, I seem to have lost everything that I touched, I can't find my watch and I can't find my car, My girl has gone missing and so has my heart.
I'm so good at losing the things close to me, My shirt at the races, my cufflinks and keys, I don't miss my Visa, ny gold card and cheques, But I sure miss the girl I mislaid and regret.
Can't think why I lose all the things that I do, Guess I'm overly careless and thoughtless to boot, I don't miss my wallet, my wedge or my shoes, But I sure do regret the day I lost you.
