MOTHER'S MOTHER

More of a tribute
To the lengthily lanky swift lady
Too fair - more than
A white lady
Though an African
Most called her "Inyang"
Too brave
With lightly blue eyes
Never to let go
Pacing the streets of
Sand Harbor
At Ninety
Till I lost you,
Mother's mother
Let's talk afterwards
Of the missing cats.
